Like many busy Moms, I often find myself putting my health on the back burner. Well, not any more! I know that busy Moms can be FIT Moms too!
You don’t need to join every diet plan on the planet in order to lose weight. The key to losing weight and getting fit is the same as it was 1,000 years ago and it will remain the same 1,000 years from now - moderation in eating and getting the proper amount of exercise.
In fact, the more you workout the more you’ll eat and the more you’ll burn!
There is no magic pill that will transform you overnight. It takes a strong desire and commitment to eating the right foods, making time to exercise, and getting rid of bad habits.
